              ELECTRICAL & FIRE SAFETY NOTICE — READ FIRST
====================================================================

These files are for a 3D-printed enclosure only. The LED matrix,
controller, power source, and wiring are NOT included and are NOT
part of this design. The finished piece is a low-voltage (12V DC)
LED device. Improper current limits or wiring can overheat the
panel, melt the plastic, or start a fire.

--------------------------------------------------------------------
HOW THE ORIGINAL WAS BUILT (for reference, not a guarantee)
--------------------------------------------------------------------
* Matrix:      16x16 WS2815 flexible LED panel, 12V DC
* Controller:  ESP32/ESP8266 running WLED
* Current cap: WLED "Maximum Current" set to 1000 mA (1 A) for
               the whole unit
* Power: 12V DC source (wall adapter or battery) rated with
               headroom above the cap, with an inline fuse

1 A at 12V is roughly 12W and was the author's sweet spot for
brightness vs. heat in a sealed PLA enclosure. A 16x16 WS2815
panel can draw 15 A+ at full white with no limit. Running the
panel unlimited inside this enclosure is UNSAFE regardless of
whether it is fed from an adapter or a battery.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
--------------------------------------------------------------------
* Setting and verifying a current limit in your controller
* Using a DC source, wire gauge, and connectors rated for the
  actual current, with an inline fuse on the 12V feed
* If using a 12V wall adapter: using a listed/certified adapter
  and keeping the AC side untouched
* If using a battery: using a pack with built-in protection (BMS),
  correct chemistry for 12V, and never charging inside the enclosure
* Not sealing hot components in unventilated plastic
* Using PLA+/PETG parts within their temperature limits
* Never leaving an untested build powered unattended
* Complying with local electrical and fire codes
